Delete your account & data

This page explains how to delete your Pearly account — the weight, calorie, fasting and workout tracker by H&Row STUDIO — and exactly what is removed or kept.

Delete from inside the app (fastest)

Open Pearly and go to the You tab, then tap Settings.
Open Account.
Tap Delete account & data and confirm.

Deletion runs on our server and cannot be undone. When it finishes you are signed out and returned to the welcome screen.

Guest accounts

If you use Pearly as a guest (without signing in), your account is tied to this device only. You can delete it in the app exactly as above. A guest account is also deleted automatically after 90 days of inactivity. Linking a Google account converts it to a normal account and removes that time limit.

Delete without the app

If you have uninstalled Pearly or can't sign in, email handrowcahyadi@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject “Delete my Pearly account.” We verify that you own the account and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

Your account and sign-in record.
All weight, body-measurement, food, fasting, workout and cycle logs.
Your custom foods, saved meals and meal-photo thumbnails.
Your app settings and personalization data.
Your public profile, @handle and profile-photo reference.
Every photo you uploaded to the community (group and challenge covers, and photos attached to your posts).
Your follow connections, group and challenge memberships, and your own posts, reactions, mentions and notifications.

What is kept, and why

A small amount of data remains so the shared community stays usable:

Safety reports you filed, and any moderation record on your account — retained only as long as needed to keep the community safe and to meet legal obligations.
Messages and comments you posted inside a group or challenge — kept so other members' conversations stay intact, but no longer linked to a discoverable profile (they appear as a generic member).

We never sell your data, and any backups are purged on a rolling basis. Some records may be retained where required by law.
